Please read before your stay

No pets
Pets are not permitted on the property. Out of consideration for guests with allergies and for those staying after you, we ask that no animals of any kind be brought on site. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-smoking
The entire villa is non-smoking, indoors and out. No ashtrays are provided, and smoking anywhere on the grounds is not permitted. If traces of smoking are found, we may bill for additional cleaning at cost.
03
No open fire, fireworks, or combustibles
Bonfires, fireworks, and any open-fire use on the grounds are prohibited. To prevent fire and out of consideration for neighbours, please refrain from any fire use outside of the barrel sauna's wood stove.

Liability
We cannot accept liability for accidents caused by guests' own carelessness. Please take care throughout your stay — particularly with the sauna. Do not use the sauna after drinking alcohol; it is dangerous.

Damages
Damage to the building or equipment caused by carelessness will be billed for the cost of repair. Please let us know on arrival or before check-out if anything is of concern, and we will handle it together.

Other
Please keep noise down late at night and be mindful of our neighbours. Please leave the villa clean on departure, and separate rubbish according to the on-site sorting guide.
